We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify Front-End Developer to support the development, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of our global eCommerce storefronts. This role combines hands‑on front‑end engineering expertise with strong delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality implementations across campaigns, promotional activations, merchandising features, and CRO initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong developer who thrives in fast‑paced environments, collaborates effectively across Product, UX, Analytics, and Marketing teams, and takes ownership of delivering scalable, high-performance digital experiences aligned with our global commercial calendar.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Shopify Front-End Development- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front‑end frameworks.
- Build scalable, reusable front‑end components aligned with design system standards.
- Implement UX/UI enhancements, merchandising experiences, landing pages, and feature improvements across global storefronts.
- Ensure website performance, accessibility, SEO readiness, and mobile responsiveness meet industry best practices.
- Maintain clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following engineering standards.
- Build and deploy campaign‑specific front‑end experiences including promotional landing pages, seasonal activations, and merchandising modules.
- Implement promotion logic integrations including discount codes, automatic discounts, bundles, tiered offers, and region‑specific promotional rules using Shopify Functions, Scripts, or integrated promotion systems.
- Develop and support Gift With Purchase (GWP) mechanics including threshold‑based eligibility, conditional cart logic, and automated promotional item handling.
- Configure campaign merchandising features such as promotional badges, countdown timers, dynamic promotional messaging, and campaign‑specific checkout experiences.
- Partner with Commercial, CRM, and Marketing teams to translate promotional calendars into scalable technical implementations delivered on schedule.
- Build reusable campaign component libraries enabling faster deployment of recurring promotional mechanics.
- Perform thorough pre‑launch QA validation for all front‑end releases, campaigns, promotional activations, and merchandising implementations across devices, browsers, and markets.
- Validate campaign functionality including promotional messaging, UX behaviors, discount presentation, GWP visibility, merchandising placements, and conditional UI logic.
- Execute UAT support by partnering with Product, Commercial, and QA teams to ensure all acceptance criteria are validated prior to release.
- Monitor live deployments during launch windows, rapidly troubleshooting UI, performance, or functional issues when necessary.
- Maintain and enhance front‑end QA checklists and regression testing standards for recurring campaign activations and feature releases.
- Partner with UX, CRO, and Analytics teams to implement experimentation initiatives including A/B tests, personalization modules, and conversion‑focused enhancements.
- Support testing frameworks by deploying front‑end test variations and tracking implementations.
