Senior Technology Engineer - DevOps

We are seeking a highly skilled
CI/CD Dev Ops Engineer
to join the Technology Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized environments, and driving Dev Ops best practices across the organization.

• Design, implement, and maintain
  end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
  for enterprise applications
• Manage and optimize container platforms using
  Open Shift (Kubernetes-based PaaS)
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes using
  Jenkins and Git Hub
• Implement and manage
  Service Mesh architectures
  (Istio or equivalent)
• Integrate and manage
  API Management platforms (3scale preferred)
• Ensure code quality, security, and compliance using Dev Sec Ops  tools
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for seamless delivery
• Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Drive
  Dev Ops maturity
  and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong hands-on experience in
  CI/CD pipeline development and automation
• Expertise in:
• Open Shift / Kubernetes
• Jenkins
• Git Hub (Git Ops practices preferred)
• Experience with
  Service Mesh (Istio or similar)
• Strong knowledge of
  API Management (3scale preferred)
• Experience with Dev Ops & Dev Sec Ops  tools:
• Sonar Qube
• Checkmarx
• Sysdig
• SCA (Software Composition Analysis tools)
• Cosign (Container Signing & Security)
• Solid understanding of
  containerization (Docker)and microservices architecture
• Experience in
  cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)is a plus

• Experience in
  banking/financial services domain
• Knowledge of
  Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible)
• Familiarity with
  monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Dev Ops/Cloud certifications are an added advantage

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
