Technology Engineer - DevOps; PaaS

We are seeking a skilled Technology Engineer - Dev Ops (PaaS) to support the Core Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Open Shift administration and CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins), along with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement in a PaaS environment.

• Provide PaaS Dev Ops support for the Core Integration Team
• Manage and administer Open Shift (Kubernetes‑based platform) environments
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Optimize existing build and deployment jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Drive process improvements and automation across Dev Ops workflows
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues across environments
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery
• Ensure adherence to Dev Ops best practices, security standards, and governance policies
• Support release management and deployment activities

• Strong experience in Dev Ops PaaS environments
• Hands‑on expertise in Open Shift Administration
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins pipelines
• Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of automation and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar)
• Experience in job optimization and process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools

• Experience working in banking or financial services environments
• Certification in Open Shift, Kubernetes, or Dev Ops tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
