We are hiring a skilled Cisco Network Engineer to support, secure, and enhance enterprise network infrastructure in Dubai. This role is critical to ensuring high availability, performance, and security of Cisco-based networks while supporting business growth and technology transformation initiatives.

As a Cisco Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining a robust network environment built on Cisco technologies. You will work hands‑on with routing, switching, firewall, wireless, and network management platforms, while supporting security policies and operational best practices. The role involves continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and close collaboration with other IT teams. You will also participate in network upgrades, expansions, and vendor coordination, ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality.

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Implement and support network security policies using Cisco security solutions
• Manage and operate Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) environments
• Monitor network performance using Cisco Prime, Net Flow, SNMP, and related tools
• Troubleshoot network incidents to ensure minimal service disruption
• Document network configurations, changes, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams for seamless system integration
• Provide on‑call support and ensure rapid incident resolution
• Assist in planning and executing network upgrades and expansions
• Handle vendor coordination, call logging, and service follow‑ups

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Cisco networking technologies
• Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS, NX‑OS, ASA, and related platforms
• Solid understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
• Strong switching expertise (VLANs, STP, Layer‑3 switching)
• Experience with Cisco security technologies including Firewalls, IPS, and ISE
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Cisco Prime, Solar Winds, Nagios)
• Proficiency in CLI-based configuration and troubleshooting
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• CCNP or higher Cisco certification
• Experience with Cisco wireless solutions (Aironet, WLC, MSE)
• Exposure to network automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Python)
• Knowledge of cloud or hybrid network architectures
• Experience in enterprise or large‑scale network environments
