- Digital Marketing Specialist (E-commerce Focus) —
Position Overview:
Seek a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong emphasis on e-commerce, specifically in the retail and luxury retail sectors within the GCC region, particularly Dubai and Saudi Arabia. This role demands a technical expert who can execute digital marketing strategies effectively, focusing on driving sales and generating leads through various online platforms. - E-commerce Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at boosting online sales for retail and luxury products within the GCC, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia. - Meta Ads Management:
Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales. - Tik Tok and Google Ads:
Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Tik Tok and Google Ads, focusing on targeted marketing to drive traffic and conversions. - SEO and SOO Optimization:
Implement SEO and SOO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility, ensuring maximum organic traffic. - Lead Generation:
Design and execute lead generation campaigns to build a robust customer database and drive sales conversions. - Technical Tools Utilization:
Employ the latest AI tools and digital marketing technologies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness. - Performance Analysis:
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve sales targets. - Collaboration and Innovation:
Work closely with the sales and creative teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and market trends.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within the e-commerce sector, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns in the GCC region.
- Expert in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok ads, SEO, and SOO.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for digital marketing, such as ChatGPT, DALL
· E, GPT-3, GPT-4, and other relevant technologies. - Strong analytical skills and experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
- Ability to work independently and execute strategies without direct managerial oversight.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

SEO / SEMrush AI — Traffic + SEO + Google Ranking Engine - Build annual/quarterly digital growth plans, OKRs, and testing roadmaps aligned to CEO priorities.
- Own digital P&L inputs: budget allocation, forecasting, and performance targets.
- Hire, coach, and lead a small team (performance, content/UGC, CRM); manage agencies/vendors.
- Social & Content:
Own channel strategy (IG, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, Snapchat) and content calendar. - Direct creative/UGC briefs; enforce brand guidelines; oversee community management and escalation.
- Coordinate PR, influencers, and creator partnerships (usage rights, whitelisting).
- Paid Media:
Plan/launch/optimize Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat (full-funnel, remarketing, CAPI). - Run structured testing (audiences, offers, creatives, landing pages) and scale winners to ROAS targets.
- E-Commerce & Marketplaces:
Lead go-lives and growth on Shopify/Woo Commerce and marketplaces (Amazon.ae/Noon). - Oversee catalog feeds, PDP quality, merchandising, promo calendar, CRO, and payment/shipping integrations.
- Drive O2O: attribute digital to store footfall; coordinate store activations and promos.
- SEO / ASO:
Own keyword strategy, technical hygiene, content pillars, link building; track share of voice. - Email/CRM & Loyalty:
