KBC Technologies is urgently hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands‑on IT support for enterprise users in Dubai. This role is critical to maintaining end‑user productivity through fast, reliable desktop and workplace IT support.

Job Description

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will deliver on‑site and remote IT support for end users, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and related IT services. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, provide timely incident resolution, and support day‑to‑day IT operations. The role requires immediate availability and an existing UAE residence visa. You will work closely with IT teams to ensure operational continuity and high user satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced desktop support professionals ready to start immediately in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end‑user desktop and IT support for hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktop applications, and peripherals
  • Support laptops, desktops, printers, and basic network connectivity
  • Resolve incidents via on‑site support and ticketing systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain end‑user systems
  • Ensure quick turnaround and high SLA compliance
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support / IT Support Engineer
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office applications
  • Ability to support users in fast‑paced environments
  • Strong communication and customer support skills
  • Immediate availability
  • Valid UAE residence visa (mandatory)
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT environments
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and IT support processes
  • Basic networking or Active Directory exposure
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
