We’re hiring a Dubai‑based Digital Transformation Manager to lead enterprise‑wide transformation across processes, systems, and data. This role is for someone who can shape digital strategy, run multi‑million programmes end‑to‑end, and consistently bridge the gap between operations and technology to deliver measurable performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the digital transformation roadmap: prioritise initiatives, define scope, and drive delivery from discovery through implementation
  • Analyse and optimise end‑to‑end business processes, interfaces, and operating models to improve efficiency, control, and scalability
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements (BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process maps) and align stakeholders around outcomes
  • Manage cross‑functional delivery across IT, operations, data/analytics, and external vendors/suppliers
  • Establish strong programme governance: milestones, RAID, change control, reporting cadence, and stakeholder updates
  • Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across sites/functions to “future‑proof” systems and processes
  • Ensure solutions align with compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead testing strategy, implementation planning, training/adoption, and post‑go‑live optimisation

Skills

Desired profile

  • Dubai‑based
  • Strong background in digital transformation, enterprise IT delivery, and business analysis/programme delivery (7+ years ideal)
  • Proven experience delivering complex, high‑value programmes with measurable outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management across senior leadership, suppliers, and customers
  • Strong process optimisation capability with a practical, operations‑first mindset
  • Data‑led approach to performance improvement (dashboards, KPIs, benefits tracking)
  • Strong documentation discipline and ability to run structured delivery in fast‑moving environments
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is a strong advantage
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain, procurement, or similarly operational industries is highly desirable
