Release Manager; DevOps Hybrid

Role Positioning:
Bengaluru Hybrid role combining:

- Release Governance (control, risk, coordination) - Dev Ops Execution (automation, pipelines, deployment)

Hands-on Release Manager with Dev Ops capability to own end-to-end releases and CI/CD for a Salesforce-based CRM & CDP ecosystem. Responsible for safe, auditable, zero-disruption deployments across integrated enterprise systems.

• Own release lifecycle (Dev -> SIT -> UAT -> Prod)
• Plan and manage release calendar across phases (1A/1B/2)
• Lead Go/No-Go decisions and readiness reviews
• Coordinate Dev, QA, Integration, and Business teams
• Perform impact assessment (platform, integration, data)
• Define rollback & contingency plans
• Drive post-release validation & reporting

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions preferred)
• Automate build, test, deployment
• Manage environments (Dev/SIT/UAT/Prod)
• Implement deployment & rollback automation
• Integrate automated testing (regression/performance)
• Enable monitoring, logging, alerts
• Apply Dev Sec Ops  (secure pipelines, audit logs)

• 6+ years in Release Management / Dev Ops
• Strong CI/CD (Git Hub Actions / Azure Dev Ops / Jenkins / equivalent)
• Experience with multi-environment deployments
• Exposure to Salesforce (preferred)
• Experience with API/integration-led systems
• Understanding of security, audit, compliance

• Strong stakeholder coordination (Business + IT)
• Operates well in high-pressure delivery timelines
• Structured risk management and decision-making
