Weare looking for a technically versatile Word Press Developer who goes beyondbasic web development. This role sits at the intersection of web engineering,AI-assisted content production, and digital marketing execution. You will ownthe technical layer of Elaris's digital presence - from high-converting landing pages to booking integrations, CRM connectors, and performance-optimised webassets.

• Build, maintain, and optimise Word Press websites acrossall four Elaris branches
• Manage themes, plugins, page builders (Elementor / Divi),and custom templates
• Ensure site speed, Core Web Vitals scores, and mobileresponsiveness are consistently high
• Handle staging environments, backups, and version control(Git)
• Maintain uptime, security hardening, SSL, and server-sideconfigurations

• Design and build high-converting campaign landing pagesfor services including bridal, hair, nails, and seasonal promotions
• Translate marketing briefs into fully coded HTML/CSSpages with pixel-perfect execution
• A/B test landing page layouts in coordination with the marketing team
• Integrate UTM tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager,and conversion events on all pages

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Git Hub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate HTML, CSS, and PHP code generation
• Generate and optimise AI images using tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or DALL-E for landing pages, banners, and promotional assets
• Stay current with AI tooling that can reduce productiontime and improve output quality
• Ability to prompt-engineer effectively for both code andvisual generation tasks

• Write and maintain custom PHP scripts for Word Pressfunctionality
• Build or customise plugins for booking systems (Amelia,Fresha), forms, and data handling
• Debug server-side issues, resolve conflicts betweenplugins, and optimise database queries
• Handle .htaccess, cPanel/WHM configurations, and servererror resolution

• Integrate and maintain APIs including Meta(Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Whats App Business, CRM platforms, and bookingtools
• Connect marketing and operational platforms using Zapier,Make (Integromat), or direct REST/Webhook implementations
• Support the Whats App AI booking agent (Layla) with anyweb-layer integrations via respond.io
• Maintain data flow integrity between Word Press, CRM, and reporting dashboards

• Apply UI/UX principles to all web assets - wire framing,layout hierarchy, typography, and colour consistency aligned with the Elarisbrand
• Use tools such as Figma or Adobe XD to prototype pagesbefore development
• Ensure all designs meet luxury brand standardsappropriate for a premium salon audience in Dubai
• Maintain visual consistency across desktop and mobiletouchpoints

• Implement on-page and technical SEO including schemamarkup, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt
• Optimise images, lazy loading, and caching configurationsfor performance
• Support the marketing team with landing page SEOalignment for paid and organic campaigns

• Set up and maintain GTM containers, GA4 properties, andconversion tracking across all pages
• Configure Meta Pixel events, Google Ads conversion tags,and custom event triggers
• Provide technical support for attribution and campaign performance reporting

• Build and maintain HTML email templates for Whats Appblast campaigns and CRM communications
• Support integrations between Word Press and email/CRMplatforms (Hub Spot, Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Assist with lead capture forms, webhook routing, and data pipeline configuration

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to executecampaign assets under tight deadlines
• Independently manage task queues across multiplesimultaneous projects
