E-Commerce Manager (Arabic Speaker) – Full time, Dubai based. Join On The List , Asia’s first members‑only flash sales concept, as we expand into Saudi Arabia. You will report to the GM based in Dubai and lead our first exciting development of this new market.

On The List , founded in Hong Kong in 2016, has built a community of over 1.53 million members across multiple regions. We focus on sustainable fashion by turning past‑season inventory into opportunities for brands.

• Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver a 3‑year e‑commerce roadmap for the region.
  • Build launch playbooks for new GCC markets covering payment localisation, logistics, customer service, content localisation, legal, and tax.
  • Identify data‑driven growth opportunities across UX, merchandising, CRM, and performance marketing.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Run weekly and monthly performance rhythm: traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat rate, fulfillment KPIs, CS metrics, marketing efficiency.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Google Analytics, Power BI, Sheets).
  • Translate data into narratives for GM, founders, brand partners.
• Trading, Merchandising & Multiple-Brand Logic
  • Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle: data prep, pricing logic, stock allocation, launch readiness, post‑event analysis.
  • Set best‑seller and trending logic across brand portfolio.
  • Set visual merchandising and content standards for the site.
  • Lead trading decisions: promotions, tiered pricing, coupon strategy, quota rules.
• Platform, Tech Stack & Checkout
  • Determine adoption of new Shopify features or third‑party apps.
  • Partner with global tech team on platform evolution.
  • Own checkout health: diagnose and resolve issues.
• Payments, Fraud & Local Market Fit
  • Own regional payment strategy: BNPL options, COD, local card schemes across UAE and KSA.
  • Manage fraud and risk rules balancing margin and conversion.
  • Monitor GCC payment landscape and introduce new options as they mature.
• Fulfillment, Returns & Operations
  • Define and track warehouse performance KPIs: pick accuracy, dispatch SLA, on‑time delivery, damage rate.
  • Lead returns policy and reverse logistics optimisation.
  • Final QA on product launches, promotional setups, and checkout flows before events.
• Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Influence
  • Lead, coach and develop regional e‑com team.
  • Set KPIs, dashboards, and data‑driven culture.
  • Align with marketing team on digital strategy.
  • Navigate conflicting priorities across retail, marketing, ops, brand partners, and global tech.
  • Serve as digital subject‑matter expert for the broader Middle East team.

• 10+ years of e‑commerce experience, at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within fashion, luxury, or premium retail.
• Experience in omnichannel and digital transformation; led platform migration or replatforming.
• Hands‑on operator and strategic leader: comfortable presenting long‑term plans and configuring promo rules in Shopify.
• Deep GCC market knowledge: BNPL, COD, KSA payment and logistics nuances, customs, returns realities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English;
  French is a plus.
• Deep platform expertise:
  Shopify Plus and/or Big Commerce plus third‑party app ecosystem.
• Strong data fluency:
  Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, Power BI.
