Persian Horizon is looking for ahighly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns, funnel optimization, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign scaling.
This role is focused on generating qualified leads, improving conversion efficiency, reducingacquisition costs, and supporting overall business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
The candidate must understandboth performance marketing and funnel logic — not just ad management.
Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising ManagementPlan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Linked In Ads
- You Tube Ads (preferred)
Manage campaign budgets and dailyperformance monitoring
Improve lead quality and conversion rates
Scale campaigns while maintainingefficient CPL
Funnel & Conversion OptimizationWork closely with web developerand content team to improve:
- landing pages
- lead forms
- conversion flow
- Identify and reduce drop-offpoints in the funnel
- Support A/B testing forcreatives, copy, and landing pages
Build and optimize:
- Develop platform-specificstrategies for:
- retargeting
Configure and monitor:
- Meta Pixel
- Google Analytics
- conversion tracking
- UTM tracking
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Identify opportunities for optimization and scaling
- Coordinate with CRM and automation systems
- Ensure lead flow and attributionare functioning correctly
- Support Whats App, email, and lead nurturing automation where required
Coordinate with:
- content writer
- designer
- sales team
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with business objectives and sales requirements
Skills &Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Linked In Campaign Manager
- Google Analytics
Strong understanding of:
- CPL optimization
- conversion tracking
- retargeting strategies
- Experience managing medium tohigh advertising budgets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to interpret data andmake optimization decisions quickly
Preferred Experience
