What you’re looking for:- 7+ years Laravel (production systems)
- Writes clean, tested code (Pest/PHPUnit)
- Comfortable with production environments handling real money / high-stakes systems
- Strong problem-solving + ownership mindset
- Fintech / payments / trading experience
- Laravel ecosystem depth (Livewire, latest releases, packages)
- Own and build complex fintech platforms
- Handle performance + production issues
- Mentor engineers and raise standards
- Key filter:
Not junior/mid — needs to be someone who can hit the ground running in a complex codebase immediately.
