Our client is a well-established regional technology solutions provider with over four decades of presence in the GCC. They specialize in delivering end-to-end IT system integration, managed services, and digital transformation solutions across multiple industries. With a strong footprint in government and regulated sectors, the company partners with leading global technology vendors and is actively expanding its presence in Qatar.
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting government entities and O&G organizations
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned sectors
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → solutioning → negotiation → closing)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored SI and managed services solutions
- Drive growth within existing accounts while expanding into new logos
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and meet revenue targets
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on system integration and/or managed services
- Proven track record of selling into:
Government / public sector / Oil & Gas (e.g., NOCs, energy companies) - Strong understanding of: IT infrastructure, Cloud and digital solutions, Managed services models
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in the GCC market (Qatar exposure is a plus)
- Arabic language is a must
