360 Tech Recruitment Consultant – Permanent (Europe Market | Based in Dubai) About the Role

We’re looking for a driven 360 Tech Recruitment Consultant to join Halian, focusing on the European permanent technology market, while based in our Dubai office. This is a unique opportunity to build a European tech desk from Dubai, combining a high-growth international platform with tax-free earnings and a strong global client base.

You’ll specialise in senior tech hires across software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
, partnering with leading organisations across Europe. This is a true 360 role covering business development, client ownership, and end-to-end delivery
.

• Own and grow a European tech client portfolio from Dubai
• Win new business and build long-term client relationships
• Deliver senior permanent tech hires across core technology verticals
• Headhunt and engage top-tier technology talent across Europe
• Partner with senior stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, etc.)
• Stay ahead of European tech hiring trends and market insights

• Experience in 360 recruitment (technology preferred) or strong BD experience in tech
• Proven ability to win new business and hit billing targets
• Strong understanding or interest in the technology market
• Commercial, driven, and resilient mindset
• Ability to build a desk and operate independently
