• WE are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive delivery of complex transformation and process optimization initiatives within consulting, government or enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience managing cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and end‑to‑end project execution.
• In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project delivery, ensuring alignment across business and technology teams. You will manage risks, governance, and execution while ensuring that process and requirements outputs are effectively translated into successful implementation. Strong stakeholder management, decision‑making, and delivery ownership are critical to succeed in this role. Experience delivering CRM‑enabled or operational transformation initiatives with a clear understanding of how business design, requirements, and delivery execution interlock.
• The successful candidate will:
  Be comfortable operating under pressure, managing ambiguity, and holding teams accountable for outcomes. Have strong judgement on sequencing, prioritization, and risk, and the confidence to elevate early when delivery is ts someone who enjoys owning execution and ensuring plans turn into results.

• Holds delivery teams accountable for commitments, timelines, and quality standards.
• Intervenes proactively when delivery is at risk, escalating and driving corrective action where needed.
• Are responsible for establishing and maintaining the integrated project plan, including milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and delivery sequencing.
• Ensures all work streams remain aligned to agreed objectives and that delivery progress is visible, controlled, and predictable.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery execution, coordinating across business, technology, and external partners to resolve issues, manage risks, and remove blockers.
• Take ownership of delivery governance, status reporting, escalation management, and decision tracking.
• Ensure that outputs defined by the Process Optimization Lead and Requirements Lead are translated into executable delivery activities.
• Oversee testing, readiness, cutover planning, and implementation coordination to ensure solutions are deployed smoothly into live operations.
• Are the primary delivery interface for stakeholders, providing clear, concise updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Ensure expectations are managed, decisions are made at the right level, and delivery trade‑offs are explicitly understood and agreed.
• The Project Lead owns:
• Project planning and delivery execution
• Risk, issue, and dependency management
• Delivery governance and reporting
  
  Coordination across all delivery parties
• Implementation, readiness and delivery assurance
• The role does not own:
• Requirements definition or backlog ownership.
• System configuration or technical architecture.
