D365 ERP Senior Technical Consultant

Job OverviewUnion Properties is seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 ERP Senior Technical Consultant to join our dynamic technology team in Dubai. This is a full‑time position where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the technical design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) platform. The role requires a deep technical understanding of the D365 F&O ecosystem and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of customisations, extensions, and integrations for the D365 F&O platform.
- Create comprehensive technical design documentation based on functional requirements.
- Design and implement integrations between D365 F&O and other business‑critical systems.
- Manage data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, and loading.
- Perform system performance analysis, tuning, and optimisation to ensure system efficiency.
- Provide expert‑level technical support and troubleshoot complex issues, acting as a final point of escalation.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven and extensive experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (or AX 2012).
- Solid understanding of the D365 F&O architecture, data structures, and core application modules.
- Experience working on full‑cycle D365 F&O implementation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O development are highly desirable.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a significant advantage.
