We are now entering the next phase of growth: building an AI-native operating model across the business.

We are looking for a commercially minded operator to lead AI and business transformation across Sumwon Studios.

This is not a traditional IT or innovation role. You will redesign how the business operates by embedding AI, automation, systems, and data into day-to-day workflows across product, merchandising, marketing, content, finance, operations, and supply chain.

You will be highly hands-on, moving between strategy and execution, simplifying complexity, challenging inefficient ways of working, and building scalable systems that improve speed, quality, margin, and productivity.

You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the future operating model of the business.

• Lead the company-wide AI and transformation roadmap across all core functions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and redesign workflows using AI, automation, and systems integration
• Reduce manual processes, fragmented reporting, and duplicated work across teams
• Build scalable AI-enabled operating processes suitable for high-growth and IPO-scale environments
• Drive measurable improvements in productivity, speed-to-market, decision-making, and cost efficiency

• Build interconnected workflows and automation layers across merchandising, pricing, content, marketing, sourcing, and operations
• Partner with engineering, BI, and operational teams to improve system connectivity and data flow
• Lead implementation of internal tooling, AI copilots, workflow automation, and operational dashboards
• Improve structure, ownership, and quality of business-critical data
• Establish governance around automation, data accuracy, and AI usage

• Improve forecasting, pricing, launch planning, and trading decisions through AI-enabled insights
• Support faster, more commercially effective decision-making across teams
• Introduce AI-assisted workflows across product creation, content production, reporting, and planning
• Build systems that improve launch efficiency, hit rates, stock productivity, and marketing effectiveness
• Drive automation that increases output without linear headcount growth

• Support implementation of AI-assisted design and content workflows
• Improve creative production speed through AI-generated assets, automation, and testing tools
• Enable better use of consumer, trend, and performance data in decision-making
• Explore AI applications across content creation, merchandising, attribution, and customer experience

• Act as a transformation leader, driving adoption and accountability across the business
• Work closely with department heads to improve workflows, cadence, and execution quality
• Build practical playbooks and frameworks for AI adoption
• Establish an AI-enabled, high-performance culture focused on speed, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership on priorities, risks, opportunities, and ROI

• Experience in fast fashion, ecommerce, marketplaces, or high-growth consumer businesses
• Exposure to AI tooling across merchandising, pricing, forecasting, content, or marketing
• Experience building internal tools, automation workflows, or AI agents
• Familiarity with PLM, ERP, BI, CRM, or marketing tech ecosystems
• Experience scaling operations during rapid growth or transformation phases
