OverviewThe Assistant Digital Marketing Manager leads the hotel’s digital vision, translating strategy into impactful campaigns that drive visibility, performance, and revenue while reflecting the sophistication and prestige of a Forbes Five‑Star luxury property.
Key Responsibilities- OTA & Distribution Management – Oversee content and performance across , Expedia, Trip Advisor, Sojern, Sabre, Hilton Elevate, meta‑search channels, and associated apps; maintain listings with accurate information, imagery, and brand consistency; support promotions and rate strategies to maximize visibility and bookings.
- Website & Content Management – Maintain and update the hotel website, apps, and digital platforms including Content Gateway, ICE Portal, Seven Rooms, Simplify, digital screens, and gift certificate portals; ensure all content, photography, and offers meet brand standards; support digital storytelling through imagery, copy, and layouts.
- SEO & Search Performance – Implement on‑page and technical SEO practices; use Google Search Console and other tools to monitor keyword performance; coordinate with the Marketing team to integrate best practices into campaigns and content.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track digital performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and internal dashboards; prepare ROI, OTA traffic, and campaign performance reports.
- Paid Media & Advertising – Execute paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms; monitor budget spend, targeting accuracy, and campaign effectiveness; support creative development for digital ads.
- Market Insights – Monitor competitor activity; stay updated on digital marketing trends in luxury hospitality; provide recommendations to improve online presence and guest engagement.
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms, third‑party apps, and luxury brand representation online.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools:
Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic platforms, and SEO tools. - Hands‑on experience with website management, CMS, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and content gateways.
- Knowledge of SEO, on‑page and technical optimization, and online user experience.
- Ability to analyze digital campaigns, track ROI, and provide actionable insights.
- Project management skills for planning and executing digital campaigns and website updates.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality digital content.
- Self‑motivated, highly enthusiastic, and adaptable to industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude, committed to maintaining the hotel’s luxury brand standards online.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel in the UAE (preferred).
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent.
