Systems & Cloud Operations Engineer

We are seeking a hands‑on Systems & Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and support hybrid infrastructure across on‑premise and Microsoft Azure environments. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, security, and performance, while leveraging automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

• Manage and maintain infrastructure across data centre and Azure environments
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security
• Support business‑critical applications and databases
• Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, application, and network layers
• Provide Level 1–2 IT support, including user access and device management
• Administer backups, patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery processes
• Implement security best practices (firewalls, VPNs, access controls)
• Use automation and AI tools to improve monitoring, troubleshooting, and operations

• 5–7 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or cloud operations
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux and Microsoft Azure
• Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs) and virtualization
• Experience supporting applications and databases (SQL/No

• Scripting experience (Power Shell, Python, or Bash)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, ELK)
• Experience working in regulated or production environments

• Experience with distributed or edge environments (e.g., kiosks)
• Exposure to high‑availability systems
• Knowledge of compliance or regulatory frameworks
