• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Appian-based solutions
• Design end-to-end Appian applications, including process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations, and data models
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Lead workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussions
• Ensure best practices in Appian design, performance optimization, and governance
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities

• Strong experience in Appian BPM platform (SAIL, Process Models, Records, Integration, CDTs)
• Solid background in business analysis, requirement documentation, and stakeholder management
• Experience in solution design and architecture within Appian
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Exposure to integration (REST/SOAP), databases, and APIs

• Appian Certification (Level 2/3 preferred)
• Domain experience in BFSI/Finance
• Experience with performance tuning and governance
