Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute a technology roadmap for construction projects.

- Lead digital transformation using AI, automation, cloud, and IoT.

- Integrate systems like BIM, ERP, and project controls.

- Deploy digital tools for project planning, scheduling, and coordination.

- Implement AI for risk management, productivity, and cost forecasting.

- Use RPA to automate document control, approvals, procurement, and reporting.

- Protect operational systems and project data with strong cybersecurity.

- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and safety standards.

- Manage IT infrastructure for head office and project sites.

- Explore new technologies and promote sustainable construction tech solutions.

- Lead and develop IT and digital teams.

- Manage relationships with tech vendors and consultants.

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.

- 10-15+ years of senior technology leadership experience.

- Proven experience with AI, RPA, cloud, cybersecurity, BIM, and ERP.

- Good understanding of UAE construction workflows and compliance.
