Müller s Solutions is looking for an experienced Service Now Strategy Advisor to provide expert guidance on leveraging the Service Now platform to achieve business transformation and operational excellence. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to develop and align Service Now initiatives with organizational goals and industry best practices.
You will analyze current processes, identify opportunities for automation and innovation, and craft actionable roadmaps for Service Now adoption and optimization. Your insights will help shape the future of digital workflows, enhancing service delivery across IT and enterprise functions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice on Service Now platform utilization, ensuring alignment with best practices, scalability, and service optimization
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Service Now capabilities including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD/enterprise services, and CSM
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to support delivery decisions, prioritize risks, and align business demands with platform capabilities
- Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into platform solutions, challenge feasibility when needed, and clarify deliverable functionalities
- Support governance and design consistency through design reviews, maintaining module consistency, and promoting reuse of existing capabilities
- Contribute to the platform roadmap by identifying enhancements, prioritizing initiatives, and recommending service delivery and user experience improvements
- Act as an escalation point for complex functional or platform decisions, cross-module design issues, and delivery challenges requiring platform-level input
- 8-12+ years of experience in Service Now or enterprise service platform environments
- Strong understanding of Service Now platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD/enterprise services, and CSM
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders, provide practical platform guidance, and validate requirements credibly
- Experience in complex, multi-module Service Now environments and structured delivery or governance models
- Knowledge of Service Now design patterns, best practices, workflow-driven service delivery, and platform scalability and maintainability
- Ability to support decision-making without taking delivery ownership and enhance delivery leadership
