Business Analyst; UAE National), Ultra Fast Grocery

If so Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations is looking for eager minds and candidates with a strong record of achieving results. You will contribute to understanding customer patterns and creating metrics that help improve operations, providing teams with knowledge and tools to improve customer experience.

• Own the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and resources.
• Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes.
• Come up with innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work.
• Be open to learning and developing skill sets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques.
• Understand how data/analytical frameworks and their work translate to business on the ground.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience working in a similar role for at least 1 year.
• Exposure to Excel and SQL.
• Deadline-driven team player with strong customer focus.
• Strong analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on issues.
• Experience in a highly analytical results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Quick Sight.
• Experience in ETL jobs, etc.
• Experience in using Power Pivot and writing macros in Excel.
