Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical expertise and guidance on Snowflake's AI Data Cloud to prospective and existing clients in South Africa.
* Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs and use cases.
* Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design effective data solutions.
* Support proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and technical evaluations for potential customers.
* Act as a trusted advisor, addressing technical challenges and demonstrating the value of Snowflake's platform.
* Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Snowflake's product roadmap.## Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution engineering role within data warehousing, cloud, or analytics.
* Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
