QA Analyst​/Release Manager; m​/f​/d

We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst & Release Manager to support the delivery of high‑quality digital products across multiple platforms. This role combines hands‑on testing with release coordination, ensuring smooth, reliable deployments and a consistent user experience.

You will play a key role throughout the software development lifecycle, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to maintain quality standards while driving efficiency through automation and AI‑enabled tools.

• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, including test plans, scenarios, and cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across mobile apps, web platforms, kiosks, and internal systems.
• Own and manage release cycles end‑to‑end, including planning, coordination, validation, and deployment readiness.
• Produce clear and structured documentation, including test artefacts, release notes, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor release performance and ensure stability post‑deployment.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance testing coverage, improve defect analysis, and streamline release workflows.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimise QA and release processes.

• 5–7 years of experience in software testing and/or release management roles.
• Proven experience testing across multiple platforms, including mobile applications, web portals, and enterprise systems.
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to produce clear and structured documentation across all stages of testing and release cycles.
• Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  Firebase Crashlytics, App Center, Splunk, Application Insights
• Documentation & collaboration:
  Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams

• Exposure to automated testing frameworks and CI/CD environments
• Experience working in fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environments
• Familiarity with modern QA practices and Agile delivery models
• Interest in leveraging AI to optimise QA and release management processes
