Lead Crypto Content Moderation & Ecosystem Governance

Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and iterate on platform content policies and community guidelines
- Define moderation standards for crypto‑specific risks including scams, market manipulation, and misinformation
- Oversee day‑to‑day moderation operations, including internal teams and outsourced vendors
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve AI moderation tools and reporting systems
- Monitor emerging threats and lead incident response for high‑severity content violations
- Work with Legal and Compliance teams to align governance with global regulatory requirements
- Define and track governance KPIs such as moderation accuracy and ecosystem health trends
- 5–8+ years in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform governance at a major social platform
- Deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems
- Experience managing moderation teams and vendor relationships at scale
- Strong policy‑writing skills and ability to make decisions under ambiguity
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in SQL and data dashboards
