Responsibilities

Configure Salesforce-based SaaS solutions, including fields, page layouts, permissions, automation, and reporting
Partner with Implementation Managers to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans
Build, update, and troubleshoot Salesforce automation, specifically Flow-based processes and validation rules
Support data migration and cleanup activities using tools like Data Loader
Configure and validate Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify technical gaps and enhancement requests
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and deployment notes

Requirements

3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce or Salesforce-based SaaS solutions
Strong hands‑on Salesforce configuration experience (objects, fields, record types, etc.)
Expertise in building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows
Deep understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture
Experience with data migration and data repair using Data Loader or structured import processes
Ability to perform technical requirement analysis and translate them into implementation tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience in healthcare, credentialing, or regulated industries
Experience supporting integrations, APIs, or middleware
Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or Salesforce deployment/change set processes
Experience using AI tools to improve implementation efficiency and documentation
