Responsibilities
- Define and drive a Dev Sec Ops strategy that delivers secure, automated CI/CD pipelines at scale
- Build and evolve API platforms, including gateways and developer portals, to accelerate innovation
- Embed security by design into every step of the development lifecycle
- Set governance and standards for API lifecycle management, including versioning, throttling, and analytics
- Accelerate adoption of infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration
- Lead cloud-native and microservices transformations to future-proof the platform landscape
- Guide and inspire engineers to build a culture of automation, ownership, and innovation
- Master's degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Dev Ops, platform engineering, or API management
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience designing and running CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops, or ArgoCD
- Proficiency with Terraform, Cloud Formation, or ARM, including Git Ops and policy-as-code
- Experience managing API platforms such as Apigee, Kong, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, or Mule Soft
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of API design and authentication protocols like OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS
- Certifications such as CKA, AWS Dev Ops Engineer, or CISSP
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic
