Program Overview
The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a 12‑month global development program for early‑career professionals, pairing classroom learning with real‑customer engagements and role‑focused rotations within SAP Customer Services & Delivery.
Role OverviewAs a Technology Consultant Associate, you will help bridge complex business requirements with SAP system capabilities, supporting customers in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Successfully complete the structured 12‑month academy program.
- Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and real‑customer engagement scenarios.
- Gather business requirements and configure SAP solutions aligned to business processes.
- Lead system setup, deployment, and testing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, support project delivery, and drive adoption through training and guidance.
- Support customer relationships through consistent delivery quality, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Ensure disciplined execution, documentation, and follow‑up across implementation and adoption activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain clarity of roles, responsibilities, and ownership.
- Identify potential risks related to delivery or adoption and support mitigation planning.
- Uphold SAP standards for quality, governance, and engagement excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Engineering, Business Administration or Finance strongly preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in technology, consulting, or related fields, with exposure to enterprise application environments.
- Technical expertise in SAP S/4
HANA, SAP ECC, and specific module configuration (FI‑CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.). - Strong understanding of enterprise processes such as order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, and record‑to‑report.
- Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to translate complex business challenges into effective SAP solutions.
- Project management skills, including scope, timelines, and resources.
- Experience in Supply Chain (MM, PP, Warehouse Management), Sales & Distribution (SD), or emerging SAP technologies including BTP, Fiori/UI5, and cloud integration preferred.
- Industry experience (Retail/Fashion, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Manufacturing) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial.
