The Manager Cybersecurity Resilience - Risk is responsible for leading the strategic design, governance, implementation, and continuous evolution of the Emirates Group’s enterprise-wide information and cyber security risk management framework within a highly dynamic aviation and airline technology environment. The role operates within the Emirates Group IT Cyber Security organisation, which is focused on protecting digital assets through advanced threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, governance, compliance, and security policy enforcement.
The position embeds a proactive, enterprise-wide cyber risk culture aligned with Group strategy, enterprise risk processes, governance standards, and multi-year cybersecurity transformation initiatives. The role serves as the primary authority on cyber and information security risk, ensuring that cyber risk remains within organizational risk appetite while strengthening resilience across technology, business, human, insider, and third-party environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the Information Risk Management Framework, establish scalable governance structures, and drive the adoption of a “Risk Ownership” model for First Line accountability across Emirates Group entities.
- Transition the organization from traditional qualitative risk assessments toward advanced quantitative methodologies including probabilistic thinking, calibrated loss modelling, risk simulation, and data-driven cyber risk analysis.
- Oversee cyber security awareness initiatives, behavioural change programs, and social engineering response strategies; manage risk scorecards and treatment prioritisation.
- Manage executive and board-level cybersecurity risk reporting; lead governance forums; liaise with the cybersecurity risk committee; deliver aggregated risk insights and treatment priorities to executive leadership.
- Prioritise and coordinate cyber risk assessments across critical business processes, large-scale technology platforms, products, and third-party relationships; ensure alignment with evolving regulations, data protection laws, standards, and emerging risks such as Agentic AI.
- Collaborate with Safety, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk, business stakeholders, and IT teams to embed risk-based decision-making and strengthen cyber resilience.

The Senior Manager - Post Construction Support is responsible for ensuring that all Scopes of Work, procurement strategies, cost structures, and contractual frameworks are developed during pre-contract, and that contract administration, cost control, variation management, and financial coordination are efficiently executed post-contract. The role interfaces between technical, procurement, and finance functions to ensure commercial decisions align with project deliverables and KEZAD’s development objectives.
The position oversees commercial and procurement activities across master planning, infrastructure, and building development projects; prepares, structures, validates, and manages Scopes of Work, RFPs, RFQs, tender documents, pricing, terms, and procurement strategies.
- Lead tender evaluations, bid analyses, and negotiations to achieve best-value outcomes.
- Manage contracts across their lifecycle, including administration of notices and instructions with full audit trail.
- Oversee variation management, claims, change orders, and interim payment reviews; track cumulative impact on budgets.
- Support feasibility and investment teams with commercial inputs; coordinate with CPD, Master Planning, Infrastructure, and Development teams.
