Scrum Master

Role Overview

We seek a skilled and certified Scrum Master with a solid technical background and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of the Scrum framework and a proven ability to drive project success through collaboration, coaching, and process facilitation. You will be a guide for functional teams to deliver high-quality products, ensuring agile practices are effectively implemented and continuously improved.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, and delivery milestones across Agile teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Act as a coach to team members, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and fostering continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and handle new requests.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and momentum.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment where members take ownership of outcomes.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, risks, and blockers.
• Drive Agile maturity within the team and across the organization.
• Promote quality assurance and ensure deliverables meet the expected standards at the end of each sprint.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira or Trello for backlog and sprint tracking.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support change implementation and help teams adapt effectively to evolving priorities.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• 4–5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Strong technical background and familiarity with software development processes.
• Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional understanding of Scrum artifacts and techniques (e.g., user stories, definition of done, automated testing).
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in the UAE.

You will work closely with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders while reporting directly to the Technical Delivery Lead. Our environment values continuous improvement, collaboration, and results-driven delivery.
