Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data replication tasks using Qlik Replicate
Implement real-time and batch data integration solutions across multiple data sources and targets
Work closely with data architects and business teams to understand data requirements and integration needs
Configure and manage end-to-end data pipelines ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize replication processes for performance and reliability
Handle data migration and synchronization across heterogeneous systems
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards
Provide support for production issues and ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI, Data Engineering, and Dev Ops teams
Maintain technical documentation and best practices for data integration processes
4–7 years of experience in data integration / ETL development
Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Replicate (Attunity Replicate)
Good understanding of CDC (Change Data Capture) concepts
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus)
Knowledge of data lakes and modern data architectures
Strong SQL and performance tuning skills
Experience in troubleshooting and monitoring data pipelines
Understanding of data security and governance practices
Experience with Qlik Compose or other Qlik data integration tools
Exposure to BI tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau
Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines
Prior experience in banking, telecom, or large enterprise environments
Relevant certifications in Qlik or cloud platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Self-driven with attention to detail
