"We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade PEGA applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in PEGA platform capabilities, solution architecture, system integration, and application development, with the ability to drive technical excellence across complex digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and design of PEGA solutions.
Design scalable, reusable, and high-performance PEGA applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Architects, and technical teams to define solution architecture.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to PEGA developers and architects.
Define PEGA best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
Develop and review application components including flows, activities, integrations, UI, decisioning, and case management.
Design and implement integrations with external systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Support deployment planning, release management, and production issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and enterprise architecture standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations.
