Our client, a leader in the Fin Tech industry, is seeking a RAS Issuing Solutions Analyst / Associate to join their team. In this role, you will support the Product Lead in managing and scaling risk and identity solutions across the CEMEA region. The ideal candidate will have strong analytics capabilities, payments domain knowledge, and execution focus, enabling successful portfolio tracking, client initiatives, and product adoption.
About the Requirements
- Analyze issuer performance metrics including authorization rates, fraud rates, approval uplift, and false positive rates to support optimization of risk solutions
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and client-ready reports for pilot programs, performance reviews, and value realization
- Support execution of key product initiatives including VAA, VRM, and VAAI, with focus on use case analysis and KPI tracking
- Assist in managing pilots and regional programs by tracking deliverables, timelines, and performance outcomes
- Support identification of cross-sell and upsell opportunities through data-driven insights and portfolio analysis
- Contribute to commercialization and adoption of risk and authentication solutions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including VCA, Sales, Client Services, and regional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, data requirements, and timelines
About You
- 4–6 years of experience in payments, card portfolio analytics, fintech, or consulting
- Strong understanding of the card transaction lifecycle (authorization, fraud, and decisioning processes)
- Experience working with key payments and risk KPIs such as approval rates, fraud rates, and false positives
- Strong data and analytical skills (Excel, SQL, Python; experience with BI tools preferred)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
