Techno Functional Consultant
Responsibilities
Provide expertise in Dynamics AX functions and support the existing Microsoft Dynamics AX application team in managing the ERP. Handle end‑user queries, issues, and day‑to‑day operations. Communicate with the business to understand requirements and help the team improve ERP performance by reducing bottlenecks.
Support the Retail POS application team in managing the ERP POS, handling end‑user queries, issues, and day‑to‑day operations. Understand business requirements and help develop functional design documents to guide development.
Write SQL queries and stored procedures to support business applications. Facilitate decision‑making processes and assist vendors in developing functional design documents.
Conduct user acceptance testing.
QualificationsBachelor’s or university degree in computer science, business engineering, or equivalent.
Experience as a subject‑matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX, having participated in at least one full‑cycle implementation of AX.
In‑depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX processes.
Ability to work independently with little supervision and collaboratively with other department members.
Knowledge of roles, privileges, and security in AX is an advantage. Technical knowledge of X++ coding is required.
