The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and highly analytical Onsite Analyst to lead onsite optimisation, trading analysis and growth initiatives across our digital ecosystem.

This role will sit at the centre of eCommerce performance, owning initiatives that improve customer experience, conversion, product discovery and commercial performance across the trading funnel.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands‑on execution and project management capabilities. You will work cross‑functionally with product, technology, merchandising, creative, operations and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, execute experiments and improve key business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities Growth and Commercial Optimisation
  • Identify, prioritise and execute commercial growth opportunities across the trading funnel, with a strong focus on product performance, customer behaviour and onsite experience.
  • Optimise key revenue levers including Average Order Value (AOV), conversion rate, sell‑through, repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
  • Design, manage and evaluate structured experiments across pricing, promotions, bundling, category merchandising and checkout flows.
  • Use website analytics, trading data and customer behaviour insights to identify friction points, conversion drop‑offs and revenue opportunities across categories and customer journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, design, operations and merchandising teams to deliver improvements that enhance user experience and drive top line growth.
  • Support site performance optimisation initiatives focused on navigational UX, PLP/PDP effectiveness, checkout flow efficiency and feature rollouts.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key trading and business KPIs across product lines, customer segments and channels.
  • Support cross‑functional coordination by aligning teams on timelines, priorities and trading activities.
Onsite Trading and Merchandising
  • Support the daily operations of the eCommerce site, ensuring smooth functionality and escalating issues where required.
  • Monitor site performance and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.
  • Coordinate creative requirements from ideation and briefing through to final deployment.
  • Collaborate with design and copy teams to develop and implement creative merchandising strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on site performance, merchandising activity and project outcomes.
  • Support timelines and deliverables for onsite merchandising and creative projects, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Support the preparation and execution of A/B testing for visual content and onsite experiences.
  • Track and analyse test results to inform future content and merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure insights and learnings are documented and implemented within content shoot manuals to improve click‑through rates and PDP conversion rates.
Pricing Analysis and Trading Insights
  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and customer behaviour to support pricing decisions and trading performance.
  • Support regular pricing reviews based on market conditions and internal trading performance.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to support promotional pricing and discount activity.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data, pricing metrics and trading performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key insights, risks and recommendations.
  • Use reporting and analytics tools to identify pricing trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to ensure pricing remains commercially competitive.
