• Lead and deliver all AI initiatives across DM&T, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Manage transformation programs across AI, digital, technology, sustainability, and enterprise systems including CRM
• Scope, plan, and execute cross‑functional projects with rigorous resource allocation, execution discipline, and continuous stakeholder engagement
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and deliver multi‑million‑dollar measurable value
• Conduct robust financial analysis, ROI modeling, and value tracking in collaboration with Finance
• Lead strategic workshops and studies to align leadership on vision, direction, and execution roadmaps
• Facilitate cross‑functional change initiatives and embed new ways of working across teams
• Translate strategic priorities from DM&T CEO office into actionable program work streams
• Manage program risks, interdependencies, and mitigation plans across complex initiatives
• Ensure best‑practice project governance, documentation, and reporting
• Drive system implementation projects including CRM and other technology platforms
• Support sustainability‑related initiatives with structured program management and analytics
• Promote a culture of innovation, digital enablement, and data‑driven decision‑making
• Build alignment between strategy, technology, operations, and financial planning
• Prepare executive‑level updates, dashboards, and leadership reports for decision‑making

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
• Extensive experience in AI, digital transformation, or technology program management
• Track record leading enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives with cross‑functional teams
• Strong financial analysis, ROI modeling, and value‑tracking expertise
• Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar programs and system implementations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive change, manage ambiguity, and support top‑level decision making
