Analyze client needs and translate them into ERP system configurations and solutions.
Responsibilities- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related technical and functional issues.
- Lead or assist in ERP implementation, ensuring smooth deployment and user adoption.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support, helping clients optimize their workflows.
- Train end users and develop documentation to enhance ERP system usage.
- Collaborate with developers to improve system functionality based on user feedback.
- Self-manage tasks, learn continuously, and evolve within a dynamic interpersonal environment.
- Bachelor's or Technology degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP systems (a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SQL, database structures, and enterprise software workflows is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with global clients and provide consulting.
- Willingness to learn, continually evolve, and self-manage in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel internationally for client support and project implementation.
