We are looking for a data‑savvy and detail‑oriented CVM Analyst to support the customer value management engine for our new digital telco brand in the MENA region. This role drives customer engagement, retention, and monetization by translating complex data into actionable insights, launching targeted lifecycle campaigns, and continuously optimizing performance across key CVM KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Lifecycle campaign execution: support the design, launch, and tracking of customer lifecycle campaigns across digital, contextual, and outbound channels, including acquisition, in‑life management, churn prevention, and reactivation.
- CVM execution: assist in the execution of data‑driven CVM strategies to increase ARPU and reduce churn by identifying up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities through behavioral analysis.
- Performance monitoring: build and maintain campaign performance trackers for various lifecycle stages and monitor KPIs to flag deviations, trends, and anomalies.
- Advanced analytics & modeling: partner with data teams to co‑develop churn prediction models, customer propensity models, and micro‑segmentation frameworks.
- Channel optimization: recommend the most efficient use of touchpoints by analyzing engagement rates across SMS, push, email, IVR, and digital placements.
- Reporting & insight generation: leverage SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik) to generate insight‑rich dashboards and campaign reports for internal stakeholders.
- Data integration: work with data engineering and IT teams to ensure timely availability and accuracy of data pipelines supporting campaign execution and performance measurement.
- 5+ years of experience in B2C telco CVM, lifecycle marketing, or customer analytics roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field;
Master’s degree is a plus. - Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R).
- Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, campaign management platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience working with cloud‑based data ecosystems, ETL processes, and large‑scale data sets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable commercial insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
