IT Engineer, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to manage, maintain and support the organization’s IT infrastructure.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Provide technical support to end‑users and resolve IT‑related issues promptly.
• Administer network security, firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and recovery readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT‑related procurement and support.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electrical & Computer Engineering.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, VPNs).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and tools.

• Certifications such as Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or CompTIA.
• Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Power Shell, Python).
• Familiarity with industrial IT environments (preferred for oil & gas/projects).
