Applied AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI solutions for enterprise clients in finance, real estate, and government sectors.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to model deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate LLM capabilities into existing enterprise workflows and applications.
• Develop Arabic-English bilingual AI solutions for regional market needs.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept development for client engagements.
• Optimize AI models for performance, cost, and compliance with regional data regulations.

• 3-5 years of applied AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills with experience in PyTorch, scikit-learn, and LLM frameworks.
• Experience deploying ML models in production using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of AI application development for business process automation.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with Arabic NLP and multilingual models.
• Knowledge of UAE data protection regulations.
• Prior experience working in the Middle East market.
