AHOY is looking for a Senior IT Specialist who can bridge technology and business needs, ensuring our IT landscape not only supports but accelerates organizational growth. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
Master’s preferred. - 8 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure management, networking, and systems administration.
- Proven experience aligning IT strategies with business goals in a growing organization.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
