Systems Engineer

The Systems Engineer is accountable to build, maintain and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure and operating systems coordinating with internal stakeholders on the assessment, design and upgrades.

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end IT solutions across infrastructure domains (Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, Networking, Security).
• Preparetechnical proposals, BoQs, SOWs, and compliance documentsaligned with customer RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Conduct solution presentations, demos, and technical workshops.
• Collaborate with OEMs/partners (e.g., Dell, VMware, Microsoft, etc.) for solution validation and sizing.
• Ensure proposed solutions aretechnically sound, cost-effective, and scalable.
• Support commercial teams in bid strategy, costing, and solution positioning.
• Act as atechnical lead during project delivery, ensuring smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams, partners, and customer stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence toSOW, milestones, and SLAs.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field

• Minimum8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Solutions.
• Strong experience in Data Centre & Infrastructure solutions:

• • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
  • Storage (Dell preferable)
  • Backup & DR solutions
  • Networking & Security fundamentals
• Good understanding ofcloud and hybrid architectures.
• Familiar with Dell Solution configurator and sizer tools
• Familiarity withcontainer platforms (e.g., Kubernetes/Open Shift)is an advantage.
• Ability to develophigh-level and low-level solution designs (HLD/LLD).
