IT System Administrator

Overview

As an IT System Administrator, you will be a key part of JUHN Partner’s transformation initiative, shaping the modernization of our IT landscape from the ground up. You will work closely with the new IT management team to jointly develop sustainable standards, services, and structures, actively contributing best practices, cloud‑first approaches, and modern security concepts.

• Design and implement a modern documented IT architecture for network, server, cloud, and end‑device environments.
• Introduce modern firewall, network, and VLAN structures.
• Stabilize and modernize existing systems, servers, telephony, and marketing servers.
• Administer and further develop the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra , SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive.
• Implement and operate Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, and Endpoint Security.
• Manage and expand Azure resources.
• Implement GDPR requirements and security best practices.
• Operate a password manager, MFA, and access concepts.
• Set up backup, monitoring, and logging solutions.
• Support the creation of sustainable governance structures such as policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Advise specialist departments on requirements for IT systems and processes.
• Collaborate within the IT team to continuously develop the IT landscape.
• Support employees in using cloud and collaboration tools.
• Manage external IT service providers.
