IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and networks, including hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Develop and execute IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the company’s information systems and data.
• Train end‑users on new technologies and software, including conducting training sessions and creating user manuals.
• Manage and monitor the company’s IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement new IT systems and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, including data protection laws and industry regulations.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist.
• Experience in developing and executing IT policies and procedures.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with network security and data protection.
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies is a plus.
