Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders and implementation partners to translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end Oracle EPM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Work closely with business users on Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, Cash Flow, Financial Reporting Management, Statutory Reporting, and Tax Reporting.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
- Translate business requirements into system process designs aligned with EPM best practices.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and configurations.
- Support testing, defect analysis and issue resolution.
- Develop basic scripts – calculation scripts, load rules.
- Integrate EPM solutions with existing systems and databases.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Stay updated with Oracle EPM product roadmap and innovations.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Suite.
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
- Experience in Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience.
Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory. 8–10 years of experience in IT/Consulting. Minimum 4–5 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations. Functional expertise in Accounting, Budgeting & Costing, Financial Reporting, and Taxation. Proficiency in English (mandatory);
Arabic is a plus. Ability to work in a client‑facing consulting environment.
