Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

This role is ideal for designers who are hands‑on, strategic, and comfortable owning projects end‑to‑end in a client‑facing environment. The Senior Product Designer will lead product design across web and mobile experiences from concept to delivery.

• Translate business and client requirements into strong, clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Run and participate in client workshops, presentations, and design reviews.
• Present, defend, and iterate on design decisions with stakeholders.
• Own user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and clients.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems across projects.
• Balance multiple work streams in a fast‑paced agency setup.

• 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI).
• Proven experience in client‑facing roles, presentations, workshops, stakeholder management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and problem‑solving depth.
• Experience designing complex platforms, dashboards, or scalable systems.
• Ability to think in flows, edge cases, and user journeys.
• High proficiency in Figma, components, auto‑layout, systems thinking.
• Strong communication: articulate and defend decisions clearly.
• Comfortable working with developers and understanding constraints.
• Agency experience is a strong plus.
• Bonus: ability to build trust with clients and guide conversations.
