As an Engagement Manager you will lead multi-disciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, and strategists to address complex technology and regulatory challenges for Keystone clients. You will ensure analytical rigor, oversee solution design, and translate sophisticated findings into recommendations that influence senior decision-makers. You will lead client engagements involving AI, data analytics, digital risk, emerging technology governance, and regulatory compliance. Integrate management science frameworks with advanced computational methods to create structured, defensible solutions to complex client questions.
Oversee development and validation of analytical models, investigative workflows, and technology assessments. Collaborate with senior Keystone experts, academic affiliates, and client leadership to deliver exceptional, high-impact work. Mentor junior consultants and technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous learning. Contribute to business development and thought leadership shaping the growth of Keystone's technology and investigations practice.
- Advanced degree (MS, MEng, MBA, or PhD) in Computer Science, Management Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- 5–8 years of experience in consulting, investigations, risk management, data analytics, or technology strategy
- Demonstrated success leading complex, data‑driven projects with strategic or regulatory dimensions
- Strong technical literacy in data science, AI/ML, cloud platforms, or digital risk, paired with a strategic problem‑solving mindset
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect analytical results to client strategy
- Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Intellectual agility, entrepreneurial drive, and enthusiasm for solving multidisciplinary challenges
