Delivery Manager; Treasury + Capital Markets+ Tesing + Automation

Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing quality and testing across treasury, wealth, and regulatory technology implementations, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring delivery quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Digital wealth, Treasury, and Regulatory Tech implementation
• Experience in banking and testing
• Define test strategies across treasury, wealth, and regulatory tech use cases
• Integration with banking systems and cloud deployments
• Work closely with the client unit head and product and implementation teams to align on release quality
• Manage cross‑functional QE resources, including functional, automation, performance, and UX
• Report quality metrics to bank digital leadership and key stakeholders
• Overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery
• Drive test improvement initiatives: create test strategy, overall plans, resource requirements, and allocation, and technical skill areas
• Interact with the client team on project risks and concerns, and resolve issues
• Report project status to the delivery or program manager
• Ensure compliance with client and organizational processes
• Consolidate and report metrics for project activities
• Perform knowledge management on the project
• Create test design and execution plans and schedules
• Assign tasks to team members and manage workload efficiently
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Manage the offshore team and monitor the work
• Provide inputs and clarifications to the offshore team
• Keep track of new requirements from the project
• Conduct daily defect discussions
• Ensure adherence to onsite‑offshore processes and agreed timelines
• Coordinate with users for inputs, reviews, and approvals
• Measure and implement metrics, reporting on testing activities and results
• Build test suites, write test case coverage, and record defects
• Ensure adherence to test processes and coordinate with various client teams for UAE quality

Delivery Manager – Treasury and Capital Market experience required. Immediate joiners needed.

• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and align cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency in test management and automation, focusing on driving quality, efficiency, and scalable solutions
• Hands‑on experience in Treasury and Capital Markets products with a solid understanding of domain workflows and challenges
• Effective team leadership, mentoring teams, driving performance, and fostering collaboration
• Ability to understand client pain points and proactively recommend practical, value‑driven solutions
• Agile and responsive under pressure, managing critical situations while maintaining team morale and delivery focus
