Job Description
Looking for a Tech Support Engineer with 3‑6 years UAE experience. Native Arabic speaker and UAE driving license is a must. Providing technical support is a fundamental aspect, including diagnosing hardware and software problems, identifying issues quickly, and implementing effective solutions. A proactive approach ensures minimal disruption to operations, allowing continuous productivity and smooth technological integration.
IT background, preferably in computer science or engineering, for technical project managers.
Responsibilities and
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of server hardware.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows server OS, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills.
PS:
Native Arabic speaking is a must.
